Elgin West Community Centre has a 5 lane, 25m pool with ramp access. They also offer 4 meeting rooms of various sizes, children's program rooms, a kitchen facility and is a fully accessible facility.

Maple Community Centre has a 4 lane, 25m pool with ramp access. They also offer a rentable 4 lane bowling alley along with a fitness centre that includes a cycling studio, squash courts and an indoor track.

Carrville Community Centre is a new facility that opened in 2025. There is a 25m pool with ramp access, a gymnasium, an indoor track, fitness studios, teaching kitchens, libraries, a variety of outdoor courts, meeting rooms, and more facilities.

The Schwartz/Reisman Centre or JCC has 2 heated indoor saltwater swimming pools and an outdoor saltwater pool. They have an extensive fitness room, sauna and steam rooms, full-court gymnasiums, and a variety of programs for all ages.
